Silveraine Grazia Aubert Santiago was born on 20th of September, 1989 to a Colombian father and Thai mother in Phuket, Thailand but then moved to the Philippines due to her father's brewery business.She has a twin sister named Laine and a younger brother named Gun. She studied elementary and high school in De La Salle Zobel School and throughout her elementary and high school years, she was often nitpicked for her inability to pronounce the letters "L" and "R".At the age of 14, she started joining pageants in their school and someone said that she has potential so she eventually joined pageants until she reached college.She studied Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in the University of Sto. Thomas in the Philippines and she won the title of Miss UST when she was a freshman and she graduated in 2009 with Magna Cum Laude and passed the board exams in 2010.She worked as a nurse in St. Luke's Hospital, she tried joining Binibining Pilipinas but was disqualified due to issues in her nationality. She started her jewelry business as well, expanding it around the globe.

Raine tried her luck in Miss Grand starting from 2013 and she got the title during 2015, she represented Thailand in Miss Grand International 2015 and she brought the crown home, making her Thailand's pride and her popularity skyrocketed as well in the Philippines.After her reign, she flew to the US to study medicine in Johns Hopkins University, she graduated in 2019 and got her license in 2021 and she's currently working in a hospital in New York, having her specialization program in Family Medicine.At the same time, she is also working as a mentor in MXZY and managing her company with her twin sister that recently joint with her sister's clothing company.
